Continuing a long tradition in Little Rock, Kathleen Henry Joiner became the director of Little Rock Junior Cotillion in 1986, after having been a student, a high school Helper and the assistant to the founding director, Mrs. Roger Butts {Ellen}. 

In 2000, Kathleen was certified as a Children's Etiquette Consultant by the Protocol School of Washington. She is a member of American Association of Etiquette Professionals. She has conducted Etiquette Classes for Frost PLLC, Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, Baldwin & Shell, Southwestern Bell, Access Schools, Arkansas Youth Challenge, AR CARES Program, City of Little Rock Parks Department, Arkansas School for the Blind, Central High School and others.  She has a BA in Theatre Arts, Speech, and Dance from UALR. She volunteers at Methodist Family Health, and attends St. James United Methodist Church.  She is married to Steve Joiner and has two adult children and two rescue dogs. {Pictured above in the 1970's}
